Yes. The device has a physical SIM slot that works normally with any carrier. Additionally, a fresh eSIM is included in your monthly subscription — a clean number, ready from day one, with no link to your identity.
Can I install my own apps? ▼
Yes. VolkovOS is a functional Android-based OS. You can install applications from supported sources. The system does not restrict app installation — it restricts what those apps can access and transmit.
What happens when my subscription ends? ▼
OTA security updates are suspended. VPN access is revoked. eSIM service is deactivated. Your data and apps remain on the device — nothing is automatically wiped. You can renew at any time to restore full functionality.
How is the device delivered? ▼
We ship worldwide via secure courier. In regions where we have trusted representatives, hand-to-hand delivery is available — no postal trail, no registered shipment. Contact us on Telegram to confirm availability in your location.
Which devices are supported? ▼

Yes, through the BYOD plan at $360/month. We flash VolkovOS onto your device remotely or you send it to us. Note: Volkov cannot certify the hardware integrity of devices we did not configure from new. For maximum assurance, the VolkovOS device package is recommended.
Is banking or payment apps supported? ▼
Most standard banking and payment apps function normally. Some apps with aggressive root or bootloader detection may flag the device. Contact us before ordering if a specific application is critical to your workflow.
